Program Description
KEEN Art will work to build our Athletes' coping skills as we all learn to manage the mental health consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. During art, we will facilitate a number of craft projects including: painting, play-dough, puppet making, coloring, and more that both meets the sensory needs of our Athletes and works to improve mental health outcomes. Athletes are invited to express themselves through creativity as we provide different art activities to engage in mental health positivity and channel each youths' creative outlets.
